The pursuit of a scholarship for student athletes is a full-time endeavor. The 7on7 football circuit affords skill position players the opportunity to hone their skills against elite competition. The top high school football players in Northern California will be competing in the Passing Down NorCal Elite 7on7 Regional Sunday in Livermore. There will be 14 teams loaded with D1Bound talent in attendance.
