The talented B2G 5 Star squad took home the IMG 7v7 West Regional title Sunday at Fullerton College. The team is loaded with D1 bound student athletes from the SoCal area.
An integral part of B2G's success is the stellar play of slot receiver Daniel Khan. Labeling Khan sure-handed is an understatement. Any ball thrown his way is money in the bank. In addition to his pass-catching ability, Khan possesses a shiftiness that wreaks havoc on opposing defenders. Combine those skills with precise route running and you've got the prototypical slot receiver in the mold of Wes Welker and Danny Amendola.

CLA was on the sidelines last season when Khan scored two touchdowns for Notre Dame against Gardena Serra's vaunted defense that features Adoree' Jackson and Dwight Williams.
Heading into his senior season, Khan will be expected to lead Notre Dame after the departures of Kelly Hilinski and Khalfani Muhammad to graduation.
Beyond his on-field exploits, Khan is an outstanding student. Not surprisingly, Daniel has received offers from Ivy league programs Harvard, Dartmouth and Penn.

CLA expects Khan to land more scholarship offers in the future because his production is undeniable. He simply makes plays. Any program in the country could use a student athlete like Daniel Khan in the fold.
