Nicholas Usher stands 6'3" 207 pounds and has the frame to be able to bulk up for the college level. As a weakside defensive end at the prep level Usher possesses enough size and speed to disrupt offenses. The Serra senior-to-be also plays with a tenaciousness that more than makes up for what he may lack in size on the defensive line, and schools have begun to take notice.

"I'm getting looked at by Mizzou ,SMU, and San Jose State.. I'm looking forward hearing from USC, UCLA, Oregon and Cal," said up and coming Serra student-athlete.

Usher reminds us of former Gardena Serra recruit Jason Gibson, who stood 6'3" 217 before signing to play collegiate football for the University of California, Berkeley, and he will likely transition into the linebacker position at the next level.
