Perez opened up Serra's defensive onslaught with a lightning quick sack that jarred the ball loose, resulting in a fumble recovery for senior linebacker Nicholas Usher. On Friday night, Ardis Perez made his presence known on the field. By the end of the night, Poly's running backs were very familiar with the senior linebacker as he officially returned to form.
