What a difference a day makes for Oaks Christian QB Brandon Dawkins. After winning the long ball toss yesterday, news broke that Notre Dame starting quarterback Everett Golson had left the program. With a scholarship offer from Notre Dame in hand, Dawkins is destined for South Bend.
Day One at Steve Clarkson's Quarterback Retreat in San Diego featured some of the most talented quarterbacks in the country. D1 bound quarterbacks in attendance included Michigan commit Wilton Speight. Michigan commit Drake Harris was in attendance to work out with future college teammate Wilton Speight.

Marques Rodgers is a dynamic player on the football field, and the senior also excels on the track. Rodgers helped lead the Gardena Serra Cavaliers to the 2012 CIF State Football Championship, and did so in dramatic fashion. Rodgers scored three touchdowns in the first quarter of Serra's state title victory. Watch.
Jeremy Kelly is the younger brother of UW signee Jermaine Kelly Jr. and he's someone I feel will have schools lining up very shortly. Kelly is a hard-worker and has gotten much more polished since the 2012 season. The younger Kelly has also grown a few inches and is a solid 6'2 with a long frame and should continue to grow.
