Donovan Plunkett Hoops Mixtape: International Basketball Prospect (2012)

Former Red Storm standout Donovan Plunkett just returned from playing hoops in France with CrossOver Elite and looks to play internationally in the 2012-2013 season. Plunkett led Dixie State College to the NCAA Division II Sweet Sixteen in 2011. He scored 12 points in loss vs. BYU-Hawaii in 2011 Divsion II NCAA Tournament, and was selected First Team All-Conference Pacific West as a senior. Read More.

2010-11: First Team All-Conference in Pacific West. Named to the Pacific West Conference Top 10 for Week #13, 17.

2009-10: Named to the Pacific West Conference All-2nd Team... made 44.1% (45 for 102) of his three-point shots from the field, finishing in second behind Tom Whitehead in three-point shooting for the league... He was fifth in three-pointers made per game (1.7), but was the PacWest foul shooting champion after making 86.0% (83 for 90) of his free throw attempts.... wound up eighth in the league in scoring after averaging 14.0 points per game... Named to Pacific West Conference Top 10 Honor Roll four times... poured in a season-high 30 points at Grand Canyon on January 30... had five steals at Montana State Billings... pulled down six boards on the road at Academy of Art.

Butte College (2007-09): Appeared in 31 games for the Roadrunners as a sophomore… The shooting guard averaged 12.1 PPG with a season-high 24 points in one game… Made 41.7% from three-point land (58-139) and hit 82.2% from the charity stripe… Played in 26 games as a freshman… Had a 6.8 PPG scoring average while pulling down just under two boards per game… Had 15 points for a season-high in his first season.

Las Plumas HS: In his senior season, averaged 21 points and 4.3 rebounds per game leading the Thunderbirds to a 16-9 record. Conference MVP and Northern Section Lions All-Star Basketball game selection as a senior.
